At this time, we only carry thermoplastic resins, in pellet form.
Polycarbonate (PC) is synthesized from Bisphenol-A (BPA). While polymerized PC is generally safe, trace amounts of unreacted BPA may migrate under extreme conditions (e.g., high temperature or strong alkali). Technically, there is no such thing as "BPA-free PC."
If BPA-free and food-contact safety are required, we recommend alternatives such as Eastman TRITAN™ or food-grade PETG. However, TRITAN™ is expensive, has limited availability, and is prone to counterfeit issues.
We recommend our PETG HG1701, which is food-contact approved and offers excellent chemical resistance - a reliable and cost-effective alternative.
