Features & Benefits
Exceptional Rigidity and Strength
With 35% glass fiber reinforcement, Ultramid A3EG7 offers a tensile modulus of up to 11,500 MPa (dry), ensuring high stiffness and long-term durability. This makes it an ideal choice for applications like machinery housings and structural components requiring high mechanical performance.
Outstanding Dimensional Stability
Low moisture absorption (1.4–1.8%) ensures stability under varying environmental conditions. This quality provides reliable performance for complex components such as lamp sockets, where tight tolerances are critical, even in humid environments.
Superior Thermal and Oil Resistance
An operating temperature range of up to 240°C and resistance to oil and chemicals ensure superior wear performance in demanding conditions, such as in automotive parts, heating pumps, and flow heaters.
Use & Applications
- Automotive: Ideal for oil-resistant components such as engine covers, air/pump housings, and heater flow systems.
- Electrical & Electronics: Perfect for lamp socket housings, connectors, and motor parts.
- Industrial Machinery: Suitable for precision components, including gears, pump housings, and valves.
