Process Guide
- Predrying: 85℃ for 3–5 hours (depending on humidity, regrind ratio, and storage conditions).
- Barrel Setting Profile:
- Feeding Zone: 200–220℃
- Compression Zone: 220–250℃
- Metering Zone: 230–250℃
- Suggested Processing Temperature: 230–240℃
- Mold Temperature: 50–70℃ (depending on thickness, dimensions, and gate/runner system).
- Injection Pressure: 50–80 kg/cm²
- Holding Pressure: 20–50 kg/cm²
- Back Pressure: 5–10 kg/cm²
- Purging: Use PA-758 L125 or high-flow PMMA for shutdown; avoid blending with other MABS or clear plastics like PS or SAN.
