Process Guide
- Predrying: 85℃ for 3~5 hours (depends on humidity, regrind ratio, and storage conditions)
- Barrel Temperature Settings:
- Metering Zone: 220~250℃
- Compression Zone: 220~250℃
- Feeding Zone: 200~220℃
- Recommended Processing Temperature: 230~240℃
- Mold Temperature: 50~70℃ (depends on thickness, dimensions, and gate/runner system)
- Injection Pressure: 50~80 kg/cm²
- Holding Pressure: 20~50 kg/cm²
- Back Pressure: 5~10 kg/cm²
- Purging: Use PA-758 or high-flow PMMA for purging; avoid other clear plastics like PS, SAN, or other MABS.
