Polylac® PA-763 Flame Retardant High Impact ABS
Polylac PA-763 ABS Resin is a high-performance, flame-retardant material designed for safety and durability. It meets 1.5mm V-0 and 2.5mm 5VA fire safety standards (UL-94). Its high impact strength ensures toughness for machine boxes, printer casings, or outdoor use, even in freezing conditions.

Process Guide
- Pre-drying: 80–85°C for 2–4 hours, depending on humidity, reground resin ratio, and storage conditions.
- Barrel Temperature Profile:
- Max: 220°C, 220°C, 210°C
- Min: 190°C, 190°C, 180°C
- Mold Temperature: 40–70°C (depending on thickness, dimensions, gate, and runner system)
- Injection Pressure: 50–80%
- Holding Pressure: 20–50%
- Back Pressure: 5–10 kg/cm²
- Injection Speed: Slow to moderate fill speeds recommended.
