Polylac® PA-764 Flame Weather Resistant Grade
Polylac PA-764 is a flame-retardant, weather-resistant plastic. It meets strict fire safety standards, perfect for electronics, car batteries, or power panels. With heat resistance up to 101°C and high impact strength (13 KJ/m²), it stays tough in heat or outdoor conditions.

Process Guide
- Pre-Drying: 80–85°C for 2–4 hours (based on humidity, reground resin ratio, and storage conditions)
- Barrel Temperature Settings:
- Maximum: 220°C
- Minimum: 190°C
- Mold Temperature: 40–70°C (depending on thickness, dimensions, and gate/runner system)
- Injection Pressure: 50–80%
- Holding Pressure: 20–50%
- Back Pressure: 5–10 kg/cm²
- Injection Speed: Slow to moderate
- Cushion Zone: ~1/8 inch after injection for dimensional consistency
