Process Guide
- Pre-drying: 80–85°C for 2–4 hours (based on humidity, regrind ratio, and storage conditions)

- Min: 190°C (Front), 190°C (Middle), 180°C (Rear)
- Mold Temperature: 40–70°C (based on thickness, dimensions, and gate/runner system)
- Injection Pressure: 50%–80%
- Holding Pressure: 20%–50%
- Back Pressure: 5–10 kg/cm²
- Injection Speed: Slow to moderate
- Cushion Zone: Approx. 1/8 inch after injection
