Process Guide
- Pre-drying Conditions: 80°C for 2–3 hours (depending on humidity, reground resin ratio, and storage conditions).
- Barrel Temperature Profile:
- Max: 220°C (Nozzle), 205°C (Middle), 180°C (Feed Zone)
- Min: 180°C (Nozzle), 195°C (Middle), 160°C (Feed Zone)
- Mold Temperature: 40–70°C (depending on thickness, dimensions, gate, and runner system).
