Wonderlite PC-115L is a UV-stabilized polycarbonate resin engineered for automotive lighting. Combining exceptional impact resistance (65 KJ/m²) and thermal stability (HDT up to 142°C), it complies with AMECA (SAEJ576) and ECE-R112 standards, ensuring reliability in demanding environments. Ideal for high-performance headlamps.

Process Guide
- Pre-drying: 120°C × 4 hours (dependent on humidity, storage conditions, and dryer performance)
- Barrel Temperature Settings:

- Feeding Zone: 230 – 300°C
- Mold Temperature: 70 – 120°C (varies with article thickness, cooling system design, and gate/runner system)
