WONDERLITE® PC-6600 is a high-performance flame retardant polycarbonate resin. It offers excellent fire safety (UL94 V-0 at 1.0mm) and is completely halogen-free. Supplied in pellet form, it features high impact strength, heat resistance, and electrical insulation properties, making it ideal for electrical appliances, power tools, and kitchen gadgets.

Yes. PC-6600 is a genuine Chimei WONDERLITE® grade. The UL Yellow Card for PC-6600(Y)(a), File No. E56070, lists CHI MEI CORPORATION as the company. We provide original Chimei documents, including ISO TDS, ASTM TDS, Process Guide, MSDS, RoHS test report and Chimei environmental protection statement. Each batch is traceable by batch number and COA.
Yes. Chimei ISO TDS describes PC-6600 as “PC, Non-halogen Flame Retardant.” Chimei’s environmental protection statement confirms that halogen (Br, I) and its compounds, halogen (Cl), PBDEs and PBBs are not intentionally added. In the TÜV Rheinland RoHS report No. 48226822n1 001, Chlorine, Bromine and Iodine were tested and all results were below the reporting limit of 50 mg/kg. Therefore, PC-6600 is considered halogen-free and does not use brominated or chlorinated flame retardants.

Yes. Each shipment is accompanied by a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA). The COA includes batch number, production date and key test results such as MFR, density, tensile strength, impact strength, color and moisture.
ISO TDS reports properties using ISO test methods, such as ISO 1133 for MFR, ISO 1183 for density, ISO 527 for tensile, ISO 178 for flexural, ISO 180/179 for impact, ISO 306 for Vicat, ISO 75 for HDT and ISO 294-4 for mold shrinkage.
ASTM TDS uses corresponding ASTM methods, such as ASTM D1238, D792, D638, D790, D256, D1525, D648 and D955.
Because specimen geometry, conditioning and test conditions differ, values may not be directly comparable. For example:
ISO MFR: 10 ml/10 min
ASTM MFR: 10 g/10 min
ISO mold shrinkage: 0.4–0.6%
