Process Guide
- Extrusion Pre-drying: 80°C for 2–4 hours in an air-circulating oven (if no venting).
- Extrusion Melt Temperature: 190–230°C.
- Injection Molding Pre-drying: 80°C for 2–4 hours in an air-circulating oven.
- Injection Molding Melt Temperature: 230–260°C.
- Injection Molding Mold Temperature: 40–70°C.
