UL Product iQ lists V-2 at 0.6 mm, V-1 at 0.8 mm, V-0 at 1.0–3.0 mm, and 5VB at 2.0–3.0 mm, in ALL colors. The ISO TDS lists V-0 1–3 mm and 5VB 2 mm. Verify the exact thickness and color.
The provided UL excerpt does not list UL 746C f1 for AC3600. For outdoor applications, request the current UL Product iQ page or consider f1-rated grades.
The processing guide recommends pre-drying at 120–130°C for 4–6 hr. Screw temperature is 260–295°C, mold temperature 80–100°C, and injection pressure 50–130 kg/cm². Confirm with your machine and mold.
It is a halogen-free, flame-retardant, high-heat-resistance, non-transparent grade. It is often chosen for parts that need higher heat resistance than standard FR PC.
