The supplied ISO TDS lists “Halogen free” in the features.
UL Product iQ for AC387(x) lists UL 746C f1 outdoor suitability. The ISO TDS also lists UV resistance. This supports outdoor use, subject to final product validation.
UL Product iQ for AC387(x) lists V-2 at 1.2 mm and V-0 at 1.5–3.0 mm, in ALL colors, with f1. The ISO TDS lists V-0 1.5 mm. Verify the exact thickness and color.
The processing guide recommends pre-drying at 120°C for 4–8 hr. Nozzle and middle zones are 260–320°C, rear zone 250–290°C, mold temperature 70–100°C. Do not exceed 330°C.
It is a high-transparency, flame-retardant, low-flow, UV-resistant, halogen-free grade. The ISO TDS lists transmission >87% at 3.2 mm and haze <1.0 at 3.2 mm. It is often used for optical lenses, light guides, and transparent covers requiring V-0.
