The supplied ISO TDS lists “Halogen free” in the features.
UL Product iQ lists V-0 at 1.5 mm and 3.0 mm in NC color. The ISO TDS lists V-0 1.5–3.0 mm. If you need a different color, verify whether it is covered by the UL yellow card.
The provided UL excerpt does not list UL 746C f1 for AC3900. For outdoor applications, request the current UL Product iQ page or consider grades with f1 coverage.
It is a white-color, non-transparent grade with high gloss reflection, halogen-free and flame-retardant. It is often chosen for white reflective parts where V-0 is required.
The processing data recommends pre-drying at 120–130°C for 4–8 hr. Screw temperature is 260–290°C, mold temperature 80–100°C, and injection pressure 50–90 kg/cm². Confirm with your actual machine and part geometry.
