The supplied ISO TDS lists “Halogen free” in the features.
UL Product iQ for AC983(x) lists V-1 at 0.75 mm, V-0 at 1.5–3.0 mm, and 5VA at 3.0 mm, in ALL colors. The ISO TDS lists V-0 1.5 mm and 5VA 3 mm. Verify the exact thickness and color.
The processing guide recommends pre-drying at 120°C for 4–8 hr. Nozzle and middle zones are 260–310°C, rear zone 240–280°C, mold temperature 70–100°C. Do not exceed 330°C.
It is a translucent, mid-flow, flame-retardant, low-temperature-impact, UV-resistant, ultra-low-temperature-resistant copolymer. It is often used for parts requiring cold-impact resistance, such as outdoor equipment, cold-chain components, and industrial housings.
