Features & Benefits

Enhanced Heat Resistance

With a Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) of 96°C @ 1.8MPa (ISO 75/A) and Vicat softening point of 99°C, Tairilac ABS AX4300 withstands sustained high-temperature environments without warping, ensuring dimensional stability in heat-exposed parts.

Optimized Processing Flexibility

Pre-dry at 90–95°C for 2–3 hours and process via extrusion blow molding. Its balanced flow (Melt Flow Index: 4g/10min, ISO 1133) enables complex geometries with consistent mold shrinkage (0.3–0.6%), reducing production waste.

Robust Mechanical Properties

It combines high impact strength (28 kJ/m² Charpy, ISO 179) with rigidity (Flexural Modulus: 2,000 MPa, ISO 178) and hardness (R-106), offering durability for functional parts under mechanical stress.
