Topilene® J340 Impact Copolymer PP
Hyosung Topilene® J340 is a polypropylene block copolymer built for corrugated and solid sheet extrusion. It delivers a proven stiffness–impact balance: 13,000 kg/cm² flexural modulus with 15 kg·cm/cm notched Izod. Surface finish is excellent. FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and EU 10/2011 food-contact compliant.

Extrusion Processing
- Feed Zone Temperature: 170 ~ 190°C
- Melting Zone Temperature: 190 ~ 225°C
- Metering Zone Temperature: 200 ~ 250°C
- Die / Nozzle Temperature: 200 ~ 250°C
- Screw Speed: 20 ~ 30 rpm
- Pre-Drying (if condensation present): 80 ~ 100°C for 2 ~ 4 hours, air-circulated
- Storage: Dry conditions below 40°C, protected from UV light
