Hyosung Topilene® R701 is a high-clarity polypropylene random copolymer for injection molding. It delivers 20% haze at 2mm, MFR 20 g/10min, and fast cycles. Phthalate-free and non-peroxide cracked. FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and EU 10/2011 compliant. Ideal for clear food containers, housewares, and disposable syringes.

- Nozzle Temperature: 210 ~ 230 ℃

- Mold Temperature: 20 ~ 50 ℃
- Back Pressure: 0.3 ~ 0.7 MPa
- Screw Speed: 40 ~ 70 rpm
- Pre-Drying (if condensation occurs): 80 ~ 100 ℃ for 2 ~ 4 h, air-circulated
- Storage: Dry conditions, below 40 ℃, protected from UV light
