Chimei Polylac® PA-747 Application

Ultra-High Impact Resistance

PA-747 shines in tough conditions. Its Izod impact strength (32 kJ/m² at 23°C) keeps pipes and containers from cracking, even in freezing temperatures (-30°C). Ideal for heavy-duty parts that face bumps or drops daily.

Reliable Heat Resistance

Withstands heat up to 104°C (Vicat) and stays strong under stress (82°C HDT). Safe for appliances near heat sources. Flammability rating (UL94 HB) adds fire safety for worry-free use.

Easy to Process & Mold

Melt flows smoothly (12 ml/10 min) for fast production. Low mold shrinkage (0.4–0.7%) ensures precise shapes. Pre-dry at 80–85°C and mold at 30–70°C for hassle-free results. Saves time and cuts waste.
