WONDERLOY® PC-365 High-Impact PC/ABS Resin Material

WONDERLOY PC-365 is a high-heat, high-impact PC/ABS resin ideal for demanding applications. It offers excellent heat resistance up to 138°C, exceptional impact strength even at low temperatures, and good processability. With a UL94 HB rating at 1.5mm, it’s suitable for various uses requiring durability and heat resistance. Perfect for tough, long-lasting parts.

  • Application: Automotive interior parts, consumer electronics products, high-end helmets, mobile phone casings, general molding products

Heat Resistance

WONDERLOY® PC-365 boasts a high Vicat Softening Temperature of 138°C (1KG load). This excellent heat resistance ensures product stability in high-temperature environments.

Exceptional Impact Strength

With Charpy Impact Strength of 50 KJ/m2 at 23°C and 45 KJ/m2 at -30°C, this resin offers superior toughness across various temperatures.

Good Processing Characteristics

The material features a spiral flow of 35 cm and low mold shrinkage (0.4~0.6%). This enables easy molding of complex parts with good dimensional stability.
