Bayblend FR3020 PC/ABS Resin Flame Retardant Grade

Bayblend FR3020 is a mineral-reinforced, flame-retardant PC+ABS blend engineered for thin-wall applications. It delivers exceptional UL V-0 recognition at just 0.75 mm thickness, low smoke density, and high thermal stability (Vicat/B 120: 103°C). Ideal for lightweight, safety-critical components.

  • Character: 5 % mineral filled; flame retardant; Vicat/B 120 temperature = 103 °C; HDT/A ≥ 85 °C; very good UL recognition in small wall thicknesses (V-0 at 0.75 mm); low smoke density
