Makrolon 2458 RE PC Resin

Makrolon 2458 RE by Covestro is a low-viscosity, easy-release PC resin with 19 cm³/10min MVR flow. Biocompatible per ISO 10993-1, it’s ideal for medical and industrial uses. Available in transparent/opaque colors for versatile design.

  • Character: MVR (300 °C/1.2 kg) 19 cm³/10 min; low viscosity; easy release; biocompatible according to many ISO 10993-1 test requirements; available in transparent and opaque colors.
  • Application: Injection molding; Medical devices; suitable for ETO and steam sterilization at 121 °C
