Bayblend® FR3002 PC/ABS Resin

Bayblend FR3002 is a flame-retardant thermoplastic blend of (PC+ABS). With UL 94 V-0 certification at just 1.0 mm thickness and a Vicat softening temperature of 99°C, it excels in thin-wall designs like electronics housings while ensuring superior fire resistance.

  • Character: (PC+ABS) blend; flame retardant; Vicat/B 120 temperature = 99 °C; UL recognition 94 V-0 (1.0 mm); glow wire temperature (GWFI): 960 °C at 2.0 mm
  • Application: Injection molding; Notebooks and thin-wall applications
