SABIC Lexan IR2040 High Flow

LEXAN™ Resin IR2040 is a high-flow, food-contact compliant polycarbonate resin engineered for transparent applications requiring excellent mold release. With an MVR of 21 and 18 MFR. Available in transparent, limited package types, and must meet minimum order quantity requirements.

  • Mold Temperature: 80 – 100°C
  • Drying Conditions: 120°C for 4 hours
