Yes, our PA66 resins include UL 94 V0/V2 flame-retardant grades with full certification. We provide complete flammability test reports and material compliance documentation (ROHS, REACH) upon request.

We require PA66 with 40% glass fiber reinforcement for automotive under-the-hood components. What’s your MOQ for custom grades, and how long does development take?

For custom PA66 GF40 formulations, our standard MOQ is 5 metric tons, with trial batches starting from 1 ton. Development typically takes 6-8 weeks, including material testing and sample approvals. Rush orders are negotiable.

Do you offer price lock agreements for annual contracts? How are price adjustments handled?

For annual volumes above 200 tons, we provide fixed-price contracts with quarterly adjustments linked to caprolactam market indices. Price changes due to raw material volatility will be communicated 60 days in advance.

Can your engineers assist with optimizing injection molding parameters for thin-wall PA66 parts? Do you offer free samples?

Absolutely. We provide complimentary 5 kg samples and tailored processing guidelines (clamping force, melt temp, cooling time). Our engineers offer virtual/onsite support for mold design and defect troubleshooting.
