Bayblend® T95 MF PC/ABS Medium Flow Grade

Bayblend T95 MF – Covestro’s mineral-reinforced PC/ABS blend. Featuring 9% mineral filler, it delivers exceptional heat resistance (Vicat 142°C), reduced thermal expansion, and high tensile modulus (3,350 MPa). Ideal for dimensionally stable, heat-critical components. Dimensionally stable, Heat resistant.

It robust yet workable. High tensile modulus (3,360 MPa) paired with 9 kJ/m² notched impact strength resists cracking during assembly or impact, ideal for snap-fit enclosures.
