Makrolon 6267 X PC Resin Flame Retardant

Makrolon® 6267 X is a flame-retardant, low-viscosity polycarbonate resin with UL 94V-0 certification (1.5mm). Its easy-release properties, UV stabilization, and 19 cm³/10 min flow rate (300°C/1.2 kg) simplify injection molding of opaque safety-critical components like electrical housings.

  • Notched Impact (23°C): 60 kJ/m² (Charpy)
  • Thermal Stability: HDT 122°C (1.8 MPa); Vicat Softening 145°C.
  • Electrical Safety: CTI 225; Volume Resistivity 1E14 Ω·m.
  • Processing: Melt Temp 280–320°C; Dry 2–3 hrs at 120°C.
