SABIC Lexan EM3110 Flame Retardant Grade

LEXAN™ Resin EM3110 is a versatile 20 MFR polycarbonate, engineered for high-impact performance down to -20°C. Its optimized flow enables cost-effective, thinner-walled designs for demanding applications like automotive interiors, all while maintaining a UL94 HB flame rating.

Processing Guidelines

  • Drying: 120°C for 3-4 hours (<0.02% moisture)
  • Melt Temperature: 275 – 300°C
  • Mold Temperature: 70 – 95°C
