SABIC Lexan EX1632T Flame Retardant Grade

LEXAN™ EX1632T Resin is a 6 MFR, UV-stabilized polycarbonate containing a branched resin and internal release agent. It is UL94 HB rated and engineered specifically for high-quality multi-wall sheet and profile extrusion.

  • Mold Shrinkage (flow): 0.5 – 0.7%
  • Drying: 120°C for 2-4 hours (essential)
  • Melt Temperature: 220 – 280°C
  • Barrel Zones: 240 – 270°C
