High Flow for Complex Designs

With a melt flow index of 22 ml/10 min, PC-122P fills intricate molds effortlessly, reducing cycle times and enabling production of thin-walled or detailed medical components like IV connectors or surgical housings.

Medical-Grade Durability

Boasting 63 MPa tensile strength and 60 KJ/m² impact resistance, this resin withstands repeated sterilization (autoclaving) and mechanical stress, ensuring long-term performance in devices like surgical instruments or diagnostic tools.

Heat & Sterilization Resistance

A Vicat softening point of 150℃ and 143℃ heat deflection temperature (annealed) allow PC-122P to endure high-temperature sterilization without warping, critical for reusable medical equipment.
