
Chimei WONDERLITE PC-681U Flame Retardant Low Temperature Impact Resistance
CHIMEI WONDERLITE® PC-681U is a flame-retardant, non-halogenated polycarbonate resin engineered for demanding environments. With 1.5mm V-0 flammability certification, exceptional low-temperature impact resistance (-30°C), and UV stability (UL 746C f1), it’s ideal for electrical enclosures, outdoor components, and safety-critical applications.
- Application: Electrical appliances, outdoor applications (UL 746C f1)
- Character: Low temperature impact resistance, Flame retardant (non-brominated, and non-chlorinated), 1.5mm V0
Key technical data (ISO)
- Flame Retardancy: 1.5mm V-0, 3.0mm 5VA (UL 94 / IEC 60695).
- Impact Resistance: 60 KJ/m² at 23°C; 45 KJ/m² at -30°C.
- Thermal Stability: HDT 125°C (unannealed), Vicat softening 150°C.
- Electrical Safety: Dielectric strength 30 kV/mm; volume resistivity 1.0E+14 Ω·cm.
- Outdoor Certification: UL 746C f1 (UV, water, and immersion resistance).
- Flow Properties: Melt flow index 10 ml/10 min (300°C, 1.2KG).
