CHIMEI WONDERLITE PC-6600 J01 is a non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame-retardant polycarbonate resin designed for safety-critical applications. Pre-colored in standard black, it achieves UL 94 V-0 certification at just 1.0mm thickness, making it ideal for electrical components, automotive parts, and industrial housings where durability, fire safety, and regulatory compliance are paramount.

Halogen-Free Flame Retardancy

WONDERLITE® PC-6600 J01 eliminates toxic bromine/chlorine additives while delivering UL 94 V-0 (1.0mm) and 5VA (3.0mm) flammability ratings. Perfect for electronics and appliances requiring stringent safety compliance without environmental trade-offs.

Extreme Impact Resistance

With 60 KJ/m² Izod impact strength at 23°C, this material withstands drops, vibrations, and harsh environments. Even at -30°C, it retains 15 KJ/m² toughness, ensuring reliability in automotive or outdoor equipment.

High-Temperature Resilience

A Vicat softening temperature of 150°C and heat distortion temperature up to 140°C (annealed) ensure stability in high-heat scenarios like power distribution systems or LED housings.
