KibisanĀ® PN-117C General Purpose Grade High Flowability

KIBISAN PN-117C is a high-flow SAN resin engineered for precision molding. Ideal for refrigerator fruit/vegetable boxes and daily commodities, it combines clarity, rigidity, and thermal stability to streamline production and enhance product durability.

Key technical data (ISO)

  • Flowability: Melt Flow Index = 58 ml/10 min (220°C, 10 kg).
  • Mechanical: Tensile Strength = 67 MPa; Flexural Modulus = 2.7 GPa.
  • Thermal: Heat Distortion Temp (1.8 MPa) = 89–100°C.
  • Mold Shrinkage: 0.2–0.7% (predictable dimensional stability).
  • Safety: UL 94 HB flammability rating; UL Product IQ certified (File E56070).
