Chimei Wonderlite® PC-108U is a high-viscosity, UV-stabilized extrusion-grade polycarbonate resin. Engineered for demanding outdoor applications, it combines exceptional durability, ease of processing, and weather resistance.

High Viscosity for Extrusion Precision

With a melt flow index of 6.5 g/10 min (300°C/1.2KG), PC-108U maintains consistent flow during extrusion, ensuring smooth production of large panels and complex profiles with minimal warping.

Built-In UV Resistance

UV stabilization protects against sun degradation, preventing yellowing or brittleness in outdoor installations like skylight panels or noise barriers. Reduces long-term maintenance costs.

Superior Impact & Thermal Resilience

It boasts an Izod impact strength of 75 KJ/m² (23°C) and a Vicat softening temperature of 150°C, ideal for environments requiring toughness and heat resistance, such as corrugated roofing.
