
Chimei WONDERLITE PC-6715VT Flame Retardant Grade Transparent
WONDERLITE® PC-6715VT is a transparent, non-brominated/non-chlorinated flame retardant polycarbonate resin, achieving UL 94 V-0 at 1.5mm. UV-stabilized and compliant with UL 746C f1, it delivers exceptional safety, durability, and clarity for demanding industrial applications.
- Application: Railway, Electrical appliances, outdoor applications (UL 746C f1)
- Character: Transparent, Flame retardant (non-brominated, and non-chlorinated), 1.5 mm V0
Key technical data (ISO)
- Flammability: UL 94 V-0 at 1.5mm (non-halogenated).
- Heat Distortion Temp (HDT): 125°C (1.8MPa, unannealed).
- Vicat Softening Temp: 150°C.
- Tensile Strength: 60 MPa (yield), 65 MPa (break).
- Izod Impact: 60 KJ/m² (23°C), 15 KJ/m² (-30°C).
- Dielectric Strength: 30 kV/mm.
- Volume Resistivity: 1E+16 Ω·m.
- Outdoor Certification: UL 746C f1 (UV/water resistance).
- Processing: Mold shrinkage 0.4–0.6% for precision parts.
