Bayblend FR3008 HR is a flame-retardant (PC+ABS) blend engineered for demanding applications. With superior hydrolysis resistance vs. standard FR grades (e.g., FR3010), it delivers UL 94 V-0 (1.5 mm) safety, 103°C Vicat heat resistance, 960°C glow-wire performance, and robust impact/chemical stability—ideal for durable electrical and automotive components.

  • Character: (PC+ABS) blend; impact modified; flame retardant; Vicat/B 120 temperature = 103 °C; very good hydrolysis resistance compared to a general purpose flame retardant PC+ABS (e.g. Bayblend® FR3010); HDT/A ≥ 85 °C; UL recognition 94 V-0 at 1.5 mm; Glow wire test: 960 °C at 2.0 mm; good light stability
