TAIRILAC® AC3900 PC Resin Self Extinguishing Grade

Tairilite AC3900 is a self-extinguishing, halogen-free PC resin delivering superior flame retardancy (UL94 V-0) and high-impact strength. Its opaque white finish with high-gloss reflection ensures aesthetic versatility for demanding applications like electronics and lighting components.

AC3900 achieves UL94 V-0 certification (1.5–3 mm thickness) without toxic halogens, meeting strict eco-regulations while preventing fire propagation in electrical components.

Unmatched Impact Resistance

With 585 J/m Izod impact strength (ISO 180), it withstands drops, vibrations, and mechanical stress—ideal for protective housings and structural parts.

Optimized Processing Versatility

It pre-dries at 120–130°C (4–8 hrs) and processes smoothly at 260–290°C melt temps, ensuring efficient molding with low shrinkage (0.5–0.7%).
