Features & Benefits

Superior Flame Retardancy

Tairilac ABS ANC100 achieves UL94 V-0 (1.5–3mm) and 5VA (2.3–2.5mm) ratings, minimizing fire risks in electronics without compromising part thickness. Benefit: Enhances end-product safety for consumer-facing devices.

High Mechanical Performance

With 17 kJ/m² impact strength (ISO 179) and 40 MPa tensile strength (ISO 527), it resists cracks and deformation under stress. Benefit: Extends product lifespan in demanding environments like industrial housings.

Easy Processing & Stability

It features low mold shrinkage (0.3–0.6%, ISO 2577) and optimized drying (70–80°C × 2–3hr), enabling precision molding of complex parts. Benefit: Reduces waste and accelerates production cycles.
