TAIRILAC® AX4000 ABS Resin Heat Resistant Grade

Tairilac® AX4000 ABS Resin is a medium-high heat-resistant thermoplastic. Delivering exceptional thermal stability and mechanical strength, it excels in components exposed to elevated temperatures while maintaining easy processability for injection molding.

Enhanced Heat Resistance

With a Vicat softening point of 100°C and heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 96°C (ISO 75/A), Tairilac ABS AX4000 withstands high-heat environments without deformation—ideal for automotive under-hood parts and electrical housings.

Superior Impact Strength

Boasting 21 kJ/m² Charpy impact resistance (ISO 179), this grade absorbs shocks and stresses in appliances like power tools or automotive trim, reducing failure risks in high-vibration scenarios.

Optimized Processing Ease

It pre-dries quickly at 90–95°C (2–3 hrs) and processes smoothly at 200–250°C screw temperatures, minimizing cycle times and energy costs for complex geometries like hair dryer nozzles.
