Exceptional Heat Resistance

With a Vicat softening point of 106°C and HDT up to 102–112°C, AX4100 withstands intense heat without deforming—perfect for components near engines or heating elements.

Reliable Mechanical Strength

It offers high tensile strength (38 MPa) and impact resistance (16 kJ/m²), ensuring durability in structural parts like automotive housings or appliance gears.

Safe & Easy Processing

It pre-dries at 90–95°C and processes smoothly at 200–250°C. UL 94 HB-rated for flammability safety, with low dust risks when handled properly.
