Polylac® PA-758 Transparent High Flow MABS Resin
Polylac PA-758 is a transparent versatile MABS plastic resin with excellent qualities. It’s easy to mold and has good clarity. This material is tough and can handle impacts well. It’s great for making things like air conditioner panels, 3C product casings, and even stationery. The material stays strong in different temperatures. It’s also fire-resistant, meeting UL-94 HB standards at 1.5mm thickness.

Process Guide
- Predrying: 85°C for 3–5 hours, depending on:
- Humidity
- Ratio of regrind
- Storage conditions
- Barrel Temperature Profile:
- Feeding Zone: 200–220°C
- Compression Zone: 220–250°C
- Metering Zone: 220–250°C
- Recommended Processing Temperature: 230–240°C
- Mold Temperature: 50–70°C (depending on part thickness, dimensions, and gating system)
- Injection Pressure: 50–80 kg/cm²
- Holding Pressure: 20–50 kg/cm²
- Back Pressure: 5–10 kg/cm²
- Purging: Use PA-758 resin or high-flow PMMA for purging during shutdown. Avoid using PS, SAN, or other MABS for purging.
