Process Guide
- Pre-drying Conditions: 80°C for 2–3 hours, depending on:
a) Humidity
b) Ratio of reground resin
c) Storage conditions - Extrusion Temperature Profile (°C):
- Max: 230°C
- Min: 200°C
- Specific Zones:
- 230°C (Max) → 220°C → 200°C
- 220°C → 200°C → 180°C (Min)
